Trabalhou meio ano no Vila Joya (2 estrelas michelin). Em 2015 veio para Lisboa fazer um mestrado em Ciências Gastronómicas. Durante quase dois anos desenvolveu o projecto Gleba. No final de 2016, abriu a padaria Gleba, onde se faz pão verdadeiro. 三 Diogo studied culinary arts in Switzerland and trained in a big restaurant in England, The Fat Duck, where he deepened his interest in bread. He worked half a year at Vila Joya (2 Michelin stars). In 2015 he came to Lisbon to take a Masters in Gastronomic Sciences. For almost two years he developed the Gleba project. Nestas noites estão presentes três oradores a quem chamamos “Conversadores” que vêm conversar durante trinta minutos cada um. O diálogo flui de forma natural e informal que convida à interação descomprometida e genuína. A entrada é livre e as Conversas são em inglês sempre que necessário. Há médias a um euro. P.S. – as Conversas não vão ser longas nem aborrecidas. As Conversas são um projeto iniciado pela Constança Saraiva e pela Mafalda Fernandes em Lisboa, em 2012. Hoje em dia são, também, de muitas outras pessoas e cidades. À semelhança do que aconteceu nas séries passadas, as Conversas contam com a ajuda dos seus amigos e algumas quartas-feiras vão ser organizadas por uma dupla de amigos. In these evenings, three orators are present, whom they call “Conversadores” (those who talk at “Conversas”), who present their projects or interests for thirty minutes each. The dialogue flows naturally and informally, calling for uncompromised and genuine participation. The admission is free and “Conversas” are in english whenever necessary. We have “médias” for one euro. P.S. – the conversations won’t be too long or boring. Conversas are a project initiated by Constança Saraiva and Mafalda Fernandes in Lisbon, in 2012. Nowadays, it's a project of many other people and cities. Conversas Lisbon are organized by Anexo (Learning programme of Arquivo 237). Similar to what happened last series, Conversas will be helped by their friends and some of those Wednesdays will be organized by a couple of friends.
