Price for 3 days "Asana Workshop": 90€
3 days (4 hours each day. 2 hours of practice in the morning, then a break, followed by another 2 hour practice session in the evening. The workshop is a total of 12 hours.)
The goal of this workshop is to view Asana from the original Hatha Yoga perspective; "opening energy paths", anatomical perspective; "correct stretching and structuring asana practice"
