This is a high-intensity class geared towards building heat, detoxing the body, exploring personal limits, and letting the body sweat! Each class will focus on a varying theme including opening the heart & backbends, hips & twists, full body flow, or a sequence for inversions & arm balances... just to name a few. As the class is structured around traditional Vinyasa technique, special attention will be given to the fluid transition between each posture allowing for a vibrant and intimate connection to the self.
