|PT| Do universo conturbado da mente humana, onde emoções se entrelaçam com tormentos, emerge DEPOIS DO CAOS, o nome que é o mote desta exposição.
Dados alarmantes da Direção-Geral de Saúde revelam que uma parte significativa da população, cerca de 4 em cada 10 pessoas, irá enfrentar algum transtorno mental ao longo da vida. Portugal, lamentavelmente, figura como o país europeu com o maior consumo de ansiolíticos e antidepressivos, revelando assim a magnitude desse desafio. 
DEPOIS DO CAOS é uma exposição inspirada nas experiências académicas, clínicas e pessoais do artista. Estudante de medicina envolvido na problemática da saúde mental, traduz em pinturas a possibilidade de haver um final feliz após a tormenta. Recorrendo a cores fortes e a formas geométricas, coloca personagens com bocas grandes, em paisagens infinitas. As obras convidam a uma reflexão sobre o mundo (in)consciente, revelando o antes e o depois, da resiliência à transformação, com foco na emersão da sombra. 
DEPOIS DO CAOS é um farol de esperança, um convite para explorar as profundezas da mente e encontrar a direcção certa. 
|EN| From the troubled universe of the human mind, where emotions intertwine with torments, emerges DEPOIS DO CAOS (AFTER THE CAOS), the name that is the motto of this exhibition. 
Alarming data from the Directorate-General for Health show that a significant proportion of the population, about 4 out of 10 people, will face a mental disorder during their lifetime. Portugal, unfortunately, is the European country with the highest consumption of anxiolytics and antidepressants, which highlights the magnitude of this challenge. 
DEPOIS DO CAOS is an exhibition inspired by the artist’s academic, clinical and personal experiences. As a medical student dealing with mental health issues, he translates the possibility of a happy ending after the storm into paintings. Using bold colors and geometric shapes, he places characters with large mouths in endless landscapes. The works invite reflection on the (un)conscious world and show the before and after, from resilience to transformation, with a focus on emerging from the shadows. 
DEPOIS DO CAOS is a beacon of hope, an invitation to explore the depths of the mind and find the right direction.
