Acroyoga Workshop _ for You !

If you wish to give the first steps in AcroYoga or maybe just improve your begginer training to achieve other level, this workshop is YOUR workshop. 

We will guide yo  to adquire some basic skills, starting with a playful warm-up, followed of some technical basic AcroYoga performing positions, ending with some relaxation moments.

What will we learn? 
- Cool incredible poses! 
- How to effectively spot exercises and partners, staying save. 
- How to relax. 

This workshop is designed for everyone, so don't be worried if you don't have previous experience, or don't have a partner. No excuses for not showing up. 

The contribution is: 15,00 €

Who are we?

Luis Cunha
He is a trainer in body Strength and Movement. He has been practicing Acroyoga for almost 2 years and has conducted various training sessions with acroyoga teachers from Italy, Spain, Canada, Poland, Israel, Brazil and Switzerland.
He is Manager and organizer of the Events Mandala Connection group https://www.facebook.com/EventsMandalaConnection/

Manuel Mendonça 
Discovered AcroYoga for almost 2 years ago, and since then become totally addicted to the practice. 
Have traveled to be in Spanish and Portuguese Acroyoga Festivals, and get all the chances to train either in JAM's or Workshops.
