Supper Club "À Mesa na Moagem" "Moagem at the Table"

“À Mesa na Moagem” serão uma série de jantares temáticos, por marcação prévia, e com lugares limitados, preparados por chefs convidados que se acabam por sentar à mesa na Moagem com os participantes num ambiente relaxado e familiar. 

O primeiro é já dia 3 de Dezembro e apresentará sabores e vegetais surpreendentes, provenientes da quinta biológica do nosso amigo Júlio, e preparados por esta simpática dupla de chefs: Júlio (Portugal) e Junko (Japão).
Quem conhece, por exemplo, o rabanete melancia?

"At the Table at Moagem" are a series of themed dinners, limited to app 15 places, with pre-booking. Dinner is prepared by invited chefs who end up sitting with the guests at the table in a relaxed atmosphere and friendly atmosphere.

The first dinner will on the 3rd of December and will present real staple Algarvian tastes through carefully selected (and somewhat unusual!) vegetables from our friend  Julio's organic farm, and   prepared by this friendly team of chefs: Júlio (Portugal) and Junko (Japan).
