É Criativa, terapeuta da Sexualidade Consciente, facilitadora e praticante, fundadora da Saúde Alquimia íntima para mulheres (PT). Especializou-se em terapia sexual (disfunções sexuais para mulheres), fertilidade consciente, ginecologia emocional, desenvolvimento do prazer, sexologia somática, liberação emocional, toque consciente na Universidade Nova Sexualidade Humana, no Brasil. "Yoni de-armouring", Yoga do útero, Yoni-healing para desordens do sistema reprodutivo feminino (UK). Treinamento Sexual Espiritual Xamânico e assistência I & II - ISTA (PE). Nos últimos 5 anos, tem combinado estas práticas com a sabedoria ancestral portuguesa: a medicina do rezo, geo-medicina (cristaloterapia do feminino), herbolismo mágico, a combinação do fogo, madeira, azeite e água suando alquimicamente a fonte energética destes elementos, integrando no trabalho de cura da sexualidade e reconhecimento espiritual. Como terapeuta e facilitadora, realiza terapia individual para mulheres: yoni healing therapy, facilitadora de círculos femininos, sexualidade feminina e auto-cuidado, Yoni Yoga & Pompoarismo Vibracional. Para grupos mistos e casais facilita retiros de Sex Magic Empowerment, Intimidade Consciente e Alquimia do Prazer, Celebração de espaços Sex-Positive, com forte foco na energia sagrada do coração. Gosta da experiência divina, e tântrica, que é a vida convidando quem a rodeia a saborear esta forma de existência. Tem como intenção Inspirar e Nutrir todos aqueles que sentem o chamado para uma vida mais livre e extática. Rita Évora É uma Mulher criativa, de espirito rebelde, curiosa pela vida e apaixonada pela complexidade do Ser Humano. Desde sempre que se move por causas que vibram no seu coração. É Psicóloga Comunitária com orientação Holística e Formadora em Educação não Formal. Foi buscar inspiração à Psicologia Positiva e Transpessoal, que influenciaram o modelo integrativo do seu trabalho. Ao longo do seu percurso fez voluntariado com populações distintas e seguiu a sua vocação na Psicologia Comunitária (no ISPA-IU), que lhe trouxe as estruturas necessárias para consolidar o seu trabalho nas áreas holísticas. Trabalhou em contextos comunitários e em bairros sociais e por meio da educação não formal levou o desenvolvimento pessoal às crianças e jovens de Instituições de Ensino. A sua missão é unir a Psicologia à Espiritualidade levando aos jovens e aos adultos o desenvolvimento pessoal, pela profunda vivência afectiva. A partir das suas pesquisas, adquiriu inúmeras ferramentas para consolidar o seu trabalho, tais como a Psicologia Positiva, o Coaching&PNL, a Educação não Formal, a Dança Terapia (DMT), a Psicoterapia Corporal, a Astrologia Psicológica, o Reiki Karuna e Xamânico, TMD (Terapia Multidimensional), entre outras técnicas de respiração e postura do Kundalini Yoga. Aliando o seu trabalho da mente ao trabalho do corpo, é também Terapeuta Corporal Ayurvédica, terapeuta Tântrica e realiza viagens sensoriais e atividades que promovem a consciência do corpo, das emoções e da voz, quer em Sessões individuais ou em grupo, quer em Workshop's ou em Círculos para Mulheres e Casais. Realiza o Workshop "Mergulho no Oceano dos Sentidos" para grupos mistos. Atualmente estuda Psicologia Junguiana e Biodanza que agrega valor aos seus profundos conhecimentos. Tiago Bento É um Homem com um grande trajecto de vida. Antes de ser terapeuta e space holder, passou por grandes fases de transformação na sua vida. Movido pela busca da verdade da existência humana ,em 2005 começa um trajeto de transformação, mergulhando fundo no seu ser através de vários Retiros, Comunidades espirituais, Cursos, workshops… Reiki, Leitura de Aura, Comunicação consciente, Mindfulness, Focusing, Yoga tantra massage, Kundalini yoga, e muitos outros cursos e retiros foram ferramentas essenciais para o que hoje o define como terapeuta e space holder. She is a wild creative explorer in the realms of healing, intimacy, sexuality and life empowerment. She is a dancer, body worker, Sacred Sexuality therapist, teacher and practitioner, founder of Saúde Alquimia íntima para mulheres (intimate health and alchemy to women), in Portugal. She had specialized in Sexual Dysfunction Therapy, Pleasure Development, Somatic Sexology, Emotional Release, Trauma Healing and Therapeutic Touch at the New Human Sexuality University, in Brazil; Womb Emotional De-armouring, Womb Yoga, Yoni Healing for Feminine Reproductive System Disorders at the Womb Yoga School in the United Kingdom; and Spiritual Shamanic Sexual Training and Assistance I & II – in ISTA in Peru. In the last 5 years she has been combining these trainings with Portuguese traditional wisdom: medicine of praying with words, geo-medicine (crystals) vibration, magical herbalism, fire, wood, olive oil, and water combination; using alchemically the energetic source of these two worlds integrating spirituality and sexuality. As a passionate therapist and facilitator she holds one-to-one therapy for women: Yoni Healing Therapy; she gives female group workshops: Sacred Squirting, Women sexuality & Self-care Training, Yoni Yoga & Vibrational Pompoir; and also for mixed groups: Sex Magic Retreats and Sacredness, Conscious Intimacy and Pleasure for couples. In mixed groups she promotes the celebration of a sex-positive space, which is strongly focus on the heart, stepping into the full tantric experience of life aiming to lead others to do the same. In her present work, she mixes technics from Tantra, Shamanism, Conscious Sexuality, Yoga, Meditation Therapy, and also various sorts of energetic, spiritual and ancestral practices - Soma-Psychaedelic, Conscious BDSM, massage, contact-improvisation and contemporary dance... Her aim is to inspire and nurture all those who feel the calling to a more free and ecstatic life. Rita Évora is creative, a rebel spirit, curious about life and passionate about the complexity of the human being. A woman who moves for causes. She's a Community Psychologist with Holistic orientation and Trainer in Non-Formal Education. She sought inspiration from Positive and Transpersonal Psychology, which influenced the integrative model of her work. Throughout her career, She volunteered with different populations while pursuing her vocation in Community Psychology (ISPA-IU), which brought her the necessary structure to consolidate her work in the holistic areas. She worked in community contexts in social neighborhoods and through non-formal education She took personal development to children and young people in Teaching Institutions. Her mission is to unite Psychology with Spirituality, giving young people and adults the opportunity for personal development through deep emotional experience. She has acquired several tools, during the last 7 years, to materialize this goal and to consolidate her work, such as: Positive Psychology, Coaching & NLP, Non Formal Education, Dance Therapy, Body Psycho-therapy; Psychological Astrology, Reiki Karuna & Shamanic, MDT (Multidimensional Therapy), among other breathing and energy techniques from Kundalini Yoga. She is an Ayurveda massage therapist and Tantra therapist, thus, combining mind and body in her healing work. She also facilitate sensory journeys and activities that promote body, emotion and voice awareness, either in individual or group sessions, or in workshops or circles for Women and Couples. She is currently studying Biodanza and Carl Jung that adds true value to her field of knowledge. Tiago Bento is a person with a great life trajectory, who before being a therapist and space holder, went through various phases of transformation in his life. Driven by the search for the truth of human existence, in 2005 a journey of transformation begun, delving deep into his being through retreats, spiritual communities, courses, workshop such as Reiki, Aura Reading, Conscious Communication, Mindfulness, Focusing, Yoga tantra massage, Kundalini yoga and others. His life experiences, the courses and retreats were essential tools for what defines him as a therapist and space holder. Today Tiago dedicates his life to supporting human development projects.
