This workshop aims to provide you with the tools you need to make a shift in your life and take a new start by identifying what is really important for you. According to the popular book The Secret, “The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. When you are visualizing, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe.”
HOW IS IT GOING TO BE?
After a quick meditation we will dive into the creative process of visualization of your life through the creation of the visual board. After a break you will reflect with my help on your collage and set your goals into words and actions.

WHERE AND HOW MUCH?
The workshop is BOTH DAYS (20th and 21st) so 3h in total.
The workshop will take place in Foodprintz close to Rato or Marquês do Pombal metro station. It will be teach in English and the group will be maximum 10 persons.
The price is 29€/pers (a deposit of 10€ will be asked to ensure your spot and is not refundable in case of cancelation 5 days before the event).
If you come before 19h there is the possibility to eat nice healthy food at the café. :)

A vision board is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations of your dreams and desires. It can be used to represent one clear goal or area of your life but also, as we are going to see during the workshop, to help you determine your ideal life and just get it!
