During this 2.5 hour workshop we’ll start the morning with a dynamic yoga practice designed to awaken the body. Then we’ll practice yoga nidra so we can enter a deep state of relaxation and calm our nervous system. After a short break, we’ll explore yoga shapes in pairs and share some love with simple massage techniques. We’ll end the class with some of Mars’ favourite mantras.
Following the class, you are welcome to join Mars for lunch at a nearby cafe.
