Tendo por base os cruzamentos entre o humano e a tecnologia, o evento vai pensar o lugar do corpo e a da intimidade num tempo em que o digital, a tecnologia e as inteligências artificiais parecem contaminar a experiência humana. Workshops, performance, concertos, livros e dança compõem um alinhamento que provoca encontros inusitados entre a cultura humanista e a cultura cibernética, questionando as nossas maneiras de fazer e usufruir das artes num mundo digital. Em destaque, a estreia nacional de Marco Donnarumma, nome essencial da media arte contemporânea, que se tem distinguido pela capacidade de usar a tecnologia emergente na construção de obras que são, ao mesmo tempo, íntimas e poderosas, oníricas e intransigentes, sensuais e conflituosas. No Porto, mostrará Corpus Nil, um ritual de nascimento para um corpo modificado, com a qual ganhou o prémio internacional Ars Electrónica Center. Ainda no campo performativo, espaço para a performance inédita de Jonathan Schatz (bailarino e coreógrafo) e Nicolat Canot (músico), In Vitro, a ser desenvolvida numa breve residência artística a ter lugar no Maus Hábitos. No plano nacional, Pedro Oliveira, baterista de peixe : avião apresenta Krake, o seu projeto experimental profundo e cheio de humor, já Ícaro Pintor e Joaquim Pavão apresentam Ifsting Split, uma performance multidisciplinar para ver em família no domingo. Na área das artes visuais, estarão expostos ainda trabalhos de Silvestre Pestana, Miguel Palma, Diogo Tudela e Nerea Castro. Na área da literatura, Gonçalo M. Tavares orientará um workshop baseado no livro Atlas do Corpo e da Imaginação, sendo ainda um dos convidados da conversa Questões Éticas e Estéticas Abertas pela Revolução Digital, que contará também com António Cerveira Pinto, diretor artístico do The New Art Fest, e moderação de Marta Bernardes. A noite de sábado culminará numa festa clubbing. Os bilhetes para a noite de sábado do festival (Marco Donnarumma + Live Act + Clubbing) estarão à venda, por 8 euros, na pré-venda (limitado a 60 bilhetes). As inscrições para o workshop do Gonçalo M. Tavares serão feitas à parte, através do email sacoazul@maushabitos.com, com o limite de 30 lugares, e custarão 30 euros. Based on the intersections between the human and the technology, the event will think about the place of the body and of the intimacy in a time in which the digital, the technology and the artificial intelligences seem to contaminate the human experience. Workshops, performances, concerts, books and dance form an alignment that provokes unusual encounters between humanist culture and cyber culture, questioning our ways of making and enjoying the arts in a digital world. In particular, the national debut of Marco Donnarumma, an essential name of contemporary art media. He has been distinguished by the ability to use emerging technology in the construction of works that are both intimate and powerful, dreamlike and intransigent, sensual and conflicting . In Porto, he will show Corpus Nil, a birth ritual for a modified body, with which he won the Ars Electrónica Center international award. Still in the performative field, there is an unprecedented performance of Jonathan Schatz (dancer and choreographer) and Nicolat Canot (musician), In Vitro, to be developed in a brief artistic residence to take place in Maus Habitos. Saturday night will culminate in a clubbing party. Tickets for the Saturday night of the festival (Marco Donnarumma + Clubbing + live act) will go on sale, for 8 euros, in the pre-sale (limited to 60 tickets). Registration for the Gonçalo M. Tavares workshop will be done separately, through the email sacoazul@maushabitos.com, with a limit of 30 seats, and will cost 30 euros. It will even be possible to buy ticket only for the clubbing component of the event. The remaining activities entry of the festival are free.
