Performance de dança dos bailarinos americanos Dominique McDougal e Monica Sharon.

Dominique McDougal está em residência artística, na Escola Estúdio RAIZVANGUARDA. Dominique iniciou a sua formação aos 14 anis na Florida Dance Theatre's Carol Erkes e no FrediDance Project's Ferdinand DeJesus. Prosseguiu os seus estudos em Filadélfia, tento Zane Booker como tutor no Lines Ballet. 

A nova iorquina Monica Sharon estuda dança desde a infância. Formou-se em Nova Iorque, Paris e São Francisco. Depois de concluir os estudos na New World School of Arts, mudou-se para a Europa, onde continua o seu percurso no mundo da dança.

Collaborative performance by American dancer Dominique McDougal and Hungarian based dancer Monica Sharon.

This is a piece based on the sensation of being held. From receiving this, to denying it and everything in between. Enlightenment through this process is being reached...to reverse the everyday habits of wanted isolation and embracing humanity through this subtle yet alarming feeling!

Dominique McDougal takes part in RAIZVANGUARDA Artist in Residency programme. Dominique started classically training in dance at 14 under Florida Dance Theatre's Carol Erkes and FrediDance Project's Ferdinand DeJesus. He extended his training in Philadelphia under Zane Booker, soon after enrolling in the LINES Ballet training program.

Monica Sharon is a New York native who has received dance training since childhood. She has received training in New York, Paris and San Francisco. After graduating from New World School of the Arts, she has moved to Europe in order to begin her journey through dance.
