Biggest Mini Forest: Care & Expansion Workshop

Workshop at Orchard of Flavours for those who want to go deeper and master advanced techniques to enhance their Mini Food Forests, this includes learning how to care and nurture them, perform maintenance tasks, and create additional Mini Forest plots through propagation methods that enable you to multiply your plants. 


WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Are you ready to elevate your Mini Forester skills? This advanced workshop is perfect for those who have completed the implementation workshop and have started or plan to start their own Mini Forests.

Deepen your knowledge and sharpen your techniques for maintaining and expanding resilient ecosystems.

Spend a full day learning to care for your Mini Forests and propagate plants from existing plots to new ones. Bring your enthusiasm and leave with the skills to nurture your forest, enhance its growth, and optimize its development through effective pruning, thinning, and soil feeding techniques.

This workshop focuses on advanced techniques to ensure your Mini Forest thrives, enabling you to inspire others to join this regenerative movement. Your existing Mini Forests will serve as valuable learning grounds, providing hands-on experience to boost health, productivity, and support future implementations.

Guided by Luís Afonso and Ana Laura Cruz, founders of the Biggest Mini Forest, you'll delve into practical aspects of maintaining and expanding dense, biodiverse systems. Their insights and hands-on guidance will equip you to manage Mini Forests of different states of development.

Beyond the techniques, you'll explore a bit more the philosophy and vision behind the Biggest Mini Forest Movement, learn how to contribute as an advanced Mini Forester and how to get supported by the community.

º English (possible translation to Portuguese, French and Spanish)

Contribution:
º Normal - 75 EUR per person
º Any extra donation will be welcomed and used in the development of the project and the Mini Forests' Network.
