This is a workshop for those who want to create a Mini Food Forest on their own land and connect to like-minded people with the same goal in the Algarve region, becoming part of The Biggest Mini Forest Movement. Luís AFONSO and Ana Laura CRUZ, founders of The Biggest Mini Forest project, will, for the duration of one day (from 9:30AM to 5:30PM), guide you through the practical details about the model used to create dense, biodiverse and fast-growing Mini Food Forests, in order to give you the practical knowledge on how to Start Mini and Go Big, using our approach. At the Orchard of Flavours botanical garden we already have 4 of these Mini Food Forests implemented using only edible species, where you can learn about the concept, design, planting, growth and maintenance in a more practical way.
