Esta é uma experiência imersiva de 3 dias, para desacelerar, renovar, equilibrar o corpo, mente e alma na natureza.
Tem lugar na incrível e bela ilha de São Miguel, nos Açores, onde passarás 3 dias e 3 noites em total imersão na Natureza, em sintonia com um dos locais mais bonitos de Portugal.

Através de uma variedade de práticas vais ganhar consciência das tuas necessidades individuais no que respeita a tomar conta de ti e aprender ferramentas para poderes fazer as mudanças na tua vida, que te vão apoiar a continuar o teu caminho em direção à saúde e ao bem-estar.

Forest Therapy 
Nature Immersion Retreat
Thank you for your interest in the Forest Therapy - Nature Immersion Retreat event. 
This is an immersive three days experience, to slow down, renew, balance the body, mind and soul in nature.

It takes place in the incredibly and beautiful island of São Miguel in the Azores, where you will have 3 days and 3 nights to slow down and deepen your awareness of what it truly means to rest in tune with one of the most beautiful places of Portugal.

The price includes:
	Transfer from Ponta Delgada to the Hotel on the May 28th and back on the May 31th
	3 nights accommodation at Furnas Lake - Forest Living (from 28th to 31st of May).
	All meals during the retreat, from breakfast on May 29th to lunch on May 31
	All activities included in the program and their travels during the event.
	Entrance to the thermal baths.
	Personal accident and liability insurance.
