What bring us together? The Power of Food. On May 4th and 5th, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., we launch #ThePowerofFood: Live Streaming, a special edition of Symposium Sangue na Guelra in live streaming, in response to the current context of the gastronomy sector. It is urgent to discuss the power of food and the impact of the pandemic on the industry, in Portugal and in the world. We challenged some of the biggest national and international names in gastronomy to be with us. They will virtually meet to share their experiences, vision and innovative projects. Nos dias 4 e 5 de maio, das 11h às 19h, lançamos o #ThePowerOfFood, uma edição especial do Symposium Sangue na Guelra live streaming, em resposta ao contexto actual do sector da restauração. É urgente discutir o poder da comida e o impacto da pandemia sobre a indústria, em Portugal e no mundo. Desafiámos alguns dos maiores nomes nacionais e internacionais da gastronomia para estarem connosco: Dan Barber (Blue Hill Farm), Joan Roca (Celler de Can Roca), José Avillez, Mauro Colagreco, Alex Atala, Miguel Poiares Maduro, Daniel Humm, Alexandre Silva (LOCO Restaurante), Vasco Coelho Santos, Ana Roš (Hiša Franko), Henrique Sá Pessoa, Gaggan, Virgilio Martinez e muitos outros irão encontrar-se para partilharem as suas experiências, a sua visão e histórias e projetos inovadores. Alexandra Prado Coelho (Público), Miguel Pires (Mesa Marcada), André Magalhães (Taberna da Rua das Flores) e João Wengorovius (livro “We, Chefs”), todos eles apaixonados e conhecedores da área, serão os moderadores destas conversas.
