MY NOISY TWINS is a portuguese electronic music producer, sound designer and musician also known as Jorge Machado. Jorge's music has been described as cinematic urban trip hop with a nu jazz touch. Saturday, February 22th at COLLECT he will present his 1st album "Fragments of a Living City" with Berta Azevedo on vocals. "Characterized by an evident appropriation of cinematographic language, it sways from dystopian, gloomy narratives connected to a urban imaginary related to trip hop, to light, luminous spatiality associated with nu jazz. It is a living, mutant, kinesthetic organism, one of stories, metamorphosis and events. An organism of strong contrasts, layers and juxtapositions. Of different and diverse tones, densities and textures in which sound is almost visual".
