During 90mnt we will take you on a heart connection journey. 
Catarina will lead us through soft heart opening Yoga Asanas whilst Kevin is assisting with Gong sound. Followed by a full immersion Sound Journey & closing with a warm and intimate sharing circle.

Yoga is a moment to connect yourself to the depth of your body, mind and spirit. It supports you to drop into a place of relaxation and observation, allowing you to move beyond the limitations of your mind. In that place of openness we allow the sound frequencies to pierce through and cleanse any negative energy, while at the same time it harmonizes your emotions and feelings.
With the support of both practices, Yoga & Sound, we will open up into deeper spaces and have a true opportunity to connect with our hearts, which we will learn to share and communicate through a facilitated sharing circle.
