In a partnership with Peixaria Centenária, the chef Joana Trindade Bento, from JOY cate.ring created a bowl of soup with all parts of the fish.

You can have it in at Peixaria Centenária
or take-away in an eco-friendly packaging.

About the hosts:
Joana Trindade Bento went from plastic arts to cuisine because the kitchen became a place of unlimited creative possibilities. Seasonal, attentive to sustainability, and to food waste. Unashamedly passionate about all things food. Joana worked at restaurants such as Osteria - an italian tavern - and Cais na Preguiça. After many years of catering for friends and organizations such as Impact Hub, she founded JOY cate.ring in 2019.
Peixaria Centenária is a fishmonger that sells fresh fish. With a family history to back it, thus its name. Rui's great-grandparents sold fish even before he existed. Joana's mother, up to this day sells fish in Santa Maria da Feira. And Filipe's mother has also travelled these seas.
