Get ready to move and energize yourself for the day! We start with slow movements and get into working the breath, opening through the diaphragm, and liberating the spine!
We will bring ourselves into an easy going, gentle stretchy flow to open up into the new week. Each class with me will have a focus on a chakra so that we can bring depth and focus into new ways of opening ourselves.
Mobilize the joints and the muscles through every one of its given ranges of motion and work at creating a sense of lightness and liberation.
We will work with traditional yoga asana as well as some aspects from feldenkrais technique to softly come into the day refreshed and rejuvenated.
