Inner Journey with Yoga and Voice
This workshop is an invitation for all women who would like to connect with their Body Wisdom in a safe and empowering way.
We are going to explore Our Bodies and Voices and let ourselves be guided by them on Our Inner Journey of Feminine Power and Beauty.
The aim of this workshop is to awaken and fully connect to our cyclical wisdom through yoga and voice movement practices.
We are going to explore the following themes:
Womb Heart Wisdom
Spiritual Inner Warrior
Life and Death Meditation
Exploring the Cycles within
We are going to create a sacred circle to feel and fully connect to our Cyclical Nature by exploring these topics through sharing, meditation, yoga and voice movement practices.
