Por terras de Xabregas-Beato, existe um palácio das artes anda a fazer mexer o bairro e a receber cada vez mais convidados. O EKA Palace abriu em Setembro de 2014 no edifício do século XVII da Vila Maria Luísa, antiga vila operária, e, entre muitas artes e artistas, esta associação sem fins lucrativos tem um maravilhoso terraço-jardim que prolonga o café e bar. Não espere o luxo turístico do centro nem vistas de postal ilustrado. Aqui o luxo conjuga-se em criatividade, boa vontade e bons sons matinais.

Through the lands of Xabregas-Beato, there is a palace of the arts that is stirring the neighborhood and receiving more and more guests. The EKA Palace opened in September 2014 in the seventeenth-century building of Vila Maria Luisa, a former working-class village and, among many arts and artists, this non-profit association have a wonderful garden terrace that prolongs the café and bar. Do not expect the tourist luxury of the center nor picture postcard views. Here luxury is combined with creativity, goodwill and good deep morning house sounds.
