⊛ ⊛ ERASMUS NATIONAL MEETING 2018 ⊛ ⊛
Around 1000 Erasmus from all over the world will join the Erasmus National Meeting 2018 in Albufeira, Algarve, during 4 days. ENM is the biggest event of Erasmus Student Network in Portugal and is a great opportunity to meet and party with Erasmus students from 14 different ESN sections in Portugal.

How much I have to pay for join ENM?
140 euros (with ESN Card) or 160 euros (without ESN Card)
What is included in the price?
- Welcome KIT
- Accommodation for 3 nights (4 Stars Hotel*)
- Daily Activities (Sport Tournments, Sunset Party, Pool Party)
- Entrance in Slide and Splah (Water Park)
- Transportation (From Évora to Albufeira, both ways)
- Lunch (Available on Friday and Saturday)
- Transportation (During the activities of ENM)
- Night Activities (3 AMAZING PARTIES)
- Insurance
* There will be two hotels, 3 and 4 Stars!
How can I register for ENM?
Registration and payment (see below) must be done until 23/02/2018
The only way to guarantee your spot for ENM 2018 is by making the payment. Once there is a few available spots, we recommend you to grab your spot as soon as possible!
How can I pay for it?
Easy, you can go to ESN Office (Rua Diogo Cão, 21) and choose one of this two payments options bellow. We can only receive payments by cash!
First Option
1º Payment - 120 euros (until 23/02/2018)
2º Payment - 20 euros (until 30/03/2018)
Second Option
1º Payment - 60 euros (until 23/02/2018)
2º Payment - 60 euros (until 01/03/2018)
3º Payment - 20 euros (until 30/03/2018)
NOTE: We cannot receive payments out of these dates. We cannot refund any payments after 23/02/2018. All the registration to ENM 2018 must to be done before 23/02/2018 in ESN Office, even if you choose the second payment option!
I have to pay for anything else?
No. But there is a deposit/caution (of 25 euros) that you have to pay for the Hotel in Albufeira at the moment of your check in there (on 05/08/2018). If you dont demage anything in your room, after the ENM you will get this 25 euros of deposit/caution back.
There is anything else I should know?
Yes! ENM is the biggest national event for Erasmus students in Portugal. There will be around 1000 Erasmus students for all over the world. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee spots for everybody and we have a very limited number of spots for Erasmus students in Évora. If you want to join ENM 2018, just run to ESN office as soon as possible to grab your spot!
