Breve descrição: Situada no Parque Natural da Arrábida e Parque Marinho Professor Luiz Saldanha esta é uma gruta que apresenta uma das mais emblemáticas salas das grutas da Arrábida com um conjunto de poços que permitem a entrada dos raios de sol, que lhe conferem uma beleza especial. No seu interior pode-se ainda ver uma praia subterrânea com uma saída para o mar. Uma gruta onde os reflexos do mar da Arrábida lhe dão o mote para o nome - Lapa Verde.
Advertências: Deve trazer calçado prático de sola aderente, roupa prática para desporto ao ar livre, pequena mochila e um reforço alimentar.
Caso tenha cabelo comprido traga um elástico para o cabelo.

Located in Arrábida's Natural Park and the maritime reserve of "Parque Marinho Professor Luiz Saldanha" this cave shows one of the best rooms of Arrábida's cave system and has some deep holes that allow the light to enter in the cave and give it a unique beauty. Inside, you can also discover an underground beach that connects directly to the ocean.
The name of Lapa Verde comes from the reflections of the ocean that give this cave a green look.
What to bring:
You should bring sports or mountain shoes, comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely and a small backpack with a snack. If you have a long hair, please add to the list a hair elastic.
