Love Yourself
When we feel lost, or in pain, or like we are only just coping, and we are working through some deep inner processes, we need to realise that the starting point towards light and healing is Self-Love. We ARE Love, on an individual, communal and cosmic level, but yet, we tend to forget to love Ourselves. When we begin to love Ourselves, we can begin to forgive, we can begin to trust and to recognise the amazing gifts life has to offer.
Join us for an hour and a half of meditation, movement, song, live music and stillness. We begin with some exercises to arrive more fully in the body and to create more presence, so that we can reflect and explore the theme of ‘Self-Love’ together. We end the session with a healing sound meditation and a chant bringing all the focus to soothing the heart chakra.

HOW TO FIND US:
If you enter the park from Av. República, walk past the Bar that is in front of the entrance, leaving it on your left. And then keep bearing left and you will come to the Biblioteca.
If you enter the park from the Marina, first follow the sign towards PARQUE, then towards BIBLIOTECA.
