:: Organized by THNK Lisboa ::
DESCRIPTION
As unbelievable as it seems, by 2050 the Ocean is predicted to carry more plastic than fish!
In this THNK Food Talk, we will address this huge societal challenge, looking at the urban food life cycle and at how each of us may collaborate in its redesign.
Ana will introduce the Zero-Waste Lab and the Plastic Sundays initiative, Tânia and Selma will introduce the Open IDEO Lisbon Chapter Plastic Challenge.
Applied design thinking tools enable positive impact in social, environmental and educational fronts that are relevant to all. The first Circular Design Challenge has been launched and it seeks to find solutions for plastic waste engaging a broad and transdisciplinary group of stakeholders.
There will always be healthy and tasty finger food during the sessions. Food offered is exclusively Plant based. If you prefer to pay with cash you can confirm your attendence by sending an email to: atendimento@biomiosotis.pt
