Yoga & Surf afternoon

It is happening once more before summer around Lisbon! :)

Come for a fun afternoon to surf with like-minded people and join in for a relaxing Yoga lesson to stretch and restore after. Yoga and Surfing is the perfect combination to experience an afternoon of pure joy and relaxation on the beach. 
No previous surf experience required.

Location is subject to weather and might change.
Meeting point: North end of Praia do Guincho (car park "Bar do Guincho" if you come by car)
Start time: 11.45am
PUBLIC TRANSPORT - at 11.20am at Cascais train station (if you come by train)

How to get there? 
Take the train from Lisbon CAIS DO SODRE at 10:40am to Cascais. We meet in front of CASCAIS train station (Taxi stand) at 11.20am. 
I will organise shared Taxis from there. (2.50-3EUR / Person one way).

Price 30 EUR
*includes 90min Surf lesson, equipment and 60min Yoga lesson plus photos.
**to bring - swim wear, sunscreen, comfy warm clothes and a beach towel for Yoga.

If you have your own board, bring it along and join in for Yoga after. It is 10 EUR to join in just for Yoga :)
