Cancelled due to bad weather| Hands 4 Paws by ESN Lisboa

In collaboration with the Dog Shelter Association “Canitos” we proudly announce the Hands 4 Paws – Special Ed. Beach Dog Walking!!!!
 
This time you will have the opportunity to take part in one of the biggest shelter dogs walk in Portugal!!!
 
You heard it right!
 
We’re talking about taking a dog from the shelter and go for a very pleasant walk at the beach!!!
 
Not only this, but you’ll also be able to play all sorts of games, brush, feed and take pictures with them.
 
Keep in mind that your job as a volunteer is very appreciated, since these dogs wouldn’t have this opportunity if it wasn’t for volunteers as yourselves.
 
Don’t forget to bring comfortable and old clothing, for you will most likely get dirty.
 
If possible the shelter would appreciate it if you could bring a small donation (e.g. Dog food, old clothes or blankets). Specially if you’d like to feed them during the walk.
 
Meeting Point: 12h:50 – At Instituto Superior Técnico
 
Expected Arrival time:  17h
 
Price: The event will have a cost of 5.8€, solely to cover the expenses of the Bus transport!
 
You can also reach it by Public Transport but It would cost 6.90€ and its limited by the number of commuters on the public bus, and the time schedule.
 
Location of the Event: Alcochete

Desta vez vais ter a oportunidades de fazer parte de um dos maiores passeios de cães do canil em Portugal.
Vais poder passear os cães na praia e não só. Também vais poder fazer jogos de todos os tipos, escová-los, alimentá-los e tirar fotos.
 
Tem em mente que o trabalho de voluntário é bastante apreciado, dado que sem ele os cães não teriam oportunidades como esta.
 
Traz roupa confortável e que se possa sujar, porque isso é quase certo que aconteça.
Caso seja possível, o canil apreciaria uma pequena donação, seja em comida ou roupa/mantas velhas.

Preço de evento:  O evento terá um custo de 5.8€ apenas para cobrir os custos de transporte.
 
Podes também chegar por transportes públicos, mas terá um custo de 6.90€ e estará limitado ao número de lugares livres no autocarro público e aos horários,
