This Friday we receive the talented multi-instrumentalist Magupi, specialized in the marimba, balafon and African percussion. He was in several bands including the famous Terrakota. His sets mixes amazing electronics influenced by music around the world, with organic, deep and unique elements accompanied by beats. he have been playing in the most iconic venues and festivals like Boom Festival, Sonar, Lux Frágil and international tours around many countries like Mexico, Germany, Turkey, Greece, Spain just to mention a few. In the first part we will have the return of Lady CC, the most international female dj of Madeira, she plays regularly in some of the best Clubs and venues in Portugal. We will also have visuals by Glitch Visuals Artists and performance by 7Heaven In . A Purple not to be missed.

Every Friday, it’s a special weekly electronic Sunset Social event for Digital Nomads Madeira Island, expats, visitors and locals , with the best DJs and live acts. Join us on the cliffs for the most beautiful sunset while overlooking the 1st Nomad Village at Ponta do Sol for professional networking, partying and dancing from one of the most beautiful locations on the Island.

This is a Professional Networking Event. Less than 18 years old is also not allowed. Entry to the event is free but requires reservation to our Eventbrite guest list.will be served special Cocktails and food Alfresco. Magupi [ PT ]
Márcio Pinto aka Magupi, is a talented multi-instrumentalist and composer, equipped with a degree in Classical Studies, specialized in the marimba, balafon and African percussion.
He taught masterclass level at the renowned Oporto Music University and played in a number of World Music bands and orchestras including Oporto Symphonic Orchestra and the famous band Terrakota.
Magupi also spent a lot of time in West Africa learning from his masters and drinking inspiration, rhythms and sounds. He integrates his classical, afro and electronic knowledge into his live sets, playing the electro-acoustic marimba with a diverse array of tracks widely influenced by music around the world, with organic, deep and unique elements accompanied by beats and melodies taken from electronic music.
In 2019, he released his first EP, Botanas, on the Shika Shika label, and since then his mastery of the marimba has resonated globally, where he have been playing in the most iconic venues and festivals like Boom Festival, Sonar, Elétrico Festival, Lux Frágil among others. Worldwide he performed in dozens of countries like Mexico, Germany, Turkey, Greece, Spain just to mention a few.

Lady CC [ PT ]
Perhaps the most international of all the female DJs of Madeira. Lady CC plays regularly in some of the best Clubs and venues in Portugal. She also performed in cities like Cadiz (Utopia Club), Sevilla (Catedral), after parties at the “Bahrain Grand Prix”, @ Likwid Club, and in Ibiza, @ “El Divino”. Lady CC is based in Lisbon, spinning sometimes in places like London, Ibiza, Berlin or the United Arab Emirates.

2 visions will paint special spots of the venue with amazing visuals. formed by Carla Alexa & Mário Lopes.Visual narratives/digital art/imagery/film narrative. They have presented their work in such important events and venues as Misty Fest in Lisbon, Modíssimo in Porto, Madeira Dig among many others.
