- 11h partilha de medicinas da floresta e círculo de cantos 
- 12h roda de abertura e entrada no temazcal 
- 16h roda de encerramento e partilha de alimentos 
Este temazcal será guiado Pablo Andrés, Homem das medicinas ancestrais e líder espiritual da filosofia andina do Sumak Kawsay. Dançante do Sol e membro do Conselho Custódia da Chanupa da Busca da Visão na Colômbia.. 
O Temazcal é uma cerimónia ancestral de banho de vapor (sauna) de purificação. No temazcal entramos de volta ao útero da mãe e recordamos e honramos a nossa natureza primordial de filhos da Terra e a nossa relação sagrada com os 4 elementos. Aqui, com a ajuda das medicinas ancestrais, limpamos os nossos corpos físico, mental, emocional e espiritual, sanando e libertando tudo o que já não nos serve para renascermos livres e alinhados com os nossos propósitos.

Dançante do sol e portador de chanupa sagrada, é seguidor das tradições ancestrais do Fogo Sagrado de Itzachilatlan e do Sumak Kawsay, e eterno aprendiz da vida e do grande mistério.

- 9:30 am arrival, transportation of materials and preparation of the space 
- 10 am, light the fire, prepare the altar, the inipi and the space 
- 11am sharing of forest medicines and singing circle 
- 12pm opening circle and entry to the temazcal 
- 4pm closing circle and food sharing 
This temazcal (sweat lodge) will be guided by Pablo Andrés, a man of ancestral medicines and spiritual leader of the Andean philosophy of Sumak Kawsay. Sun Dancer and member of the Chanupa Custody Council of Vision Quest in Colombia. 
Temazcal is an ancestral purification steam bath (sauna) ceremony. In the temazcal we enter back into the mother's womb and remember and honor our primordial nature as children of the Earth and our sacred relationship with the 4 elements. Here, with the help of ancestral medicines, we clean our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, healing and releasing everything that no longer serves us so that we can be reborn free and aligned with our purposes.
