Os Skunk Anansie são uma banda de rock britânica, cujos membros incluem Skin (vocais principais, guitarra), Cass (baixo, guitarra, backing vocals), Ace (guitarra, backing vocals) e Mark Richardson (bateria e percussão).
Skunk Anansie foi formado em 1994, dissolido em 2001 e reformado em 2009. O nome "Skunk Anansie" é tirado dos contos folclóricos Akan de Anansi, o homem-aranha de Gana, com "Skunk" adicionado para "tornar o nome mais desagradável".

Skunk Anansie are a British rock band whose members include Skin (lead vocals, guitar), Cass (bass, guitar, backing vocals), Ace (guitar, backing vocals) and Mark Richardson (drums, percussion).
Skunk Anansie was formed in 1994, disbanded in 2001, and reformed in 2009. The name "Skunk Anansie" is taken from the Akan folk tales of Anansi, the spider-man of Ghana, with "Skunk" added to "make the name more unpleasant" .
