Evento em solidariedade com a Palestina

No próximo sábado dia 9, às 15h, teremos um evento em solidariedade com a Palestina e em memória dos profissionais de saúde,  socorristas e todos os palestinianos mortos e feridos nos ataques genocidas perpetrados por Israel.

Vamos falar com Raed el-Nems, o representante do Crescente Vermelho Palestiniano em Gaza (por videoconferência), que faz parte do Movimento Internacional da Cruz Vermelha e Crescente Vermelho e está a prestar serviços de medicina de urgência e cuidados de saúde básicos apesar dos bombardeamentos israelitas que atingiram infraestruturas médicas e ambulâncias e mataram muitos médicos, enfermeiros e socorristas. O debate vai ser moderado por Rula Daoud, humanitária que trabalha com a Cruz Vermelha. 

Teremos também uma performance de oud (alaúde árabe) do Nuno Silva, e poesia palestiniana em português, árabe e inglês.

O evento será acompanhado de petiscos da região do Levante preparados pela família Alkhedeir. 

A entrada é por donativo livre. Todo o dinheiro angariado irá directamente para a Sociedade do Crescente Vermelho Palestiniano, para que possa continuar a salvar vidas. 


Next Saturday the 9th, at 3pm, Espiga is hosting an event in solidarity with Palestine and in memory of the health professionals, first responders and all Palestinians killed and injured in Israel's genocidal attack.

We will talk to Raed al-Nems, spokesperson of the Palestinian Red Crescent in Gaza (by video conference), which is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. It is providing emergency medical services and basic healthcare despite Israel's attacks targeting medical infrastructure and ambulances, which have killed doctors, nurses and first responders. The talk will be moderated by Rula Daoud, a humanitarian who works with the Red Cross.

We will also have an oud performance by Nuno Silva, and Palestinian poetry in Portuguese, Arabic and English.

The event will be accompanied by snacks from the Levant prepared by the Alkhedeir family.

Donations are open and all money raised will go directly to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society so it can continue to save lives.


 سينظم اشبيغا يوم السبت القادم ٩ اذار/مارس، الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر، فعالية تضامنية مع فلسطين لاحياء ذكرى ضحايا الابادة الجماعية التي تقوم بها إسرائيل على اهل غزة من عمال الإغاثة، العاملين في القطاع الصحي، وجميع الضحايا المدنيين الذين قضوا في عدوان الأبادة الجماعية التي تشنه اسرائيل على أهل غزة.

 سنتحدث إلى المتحدث باسم الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني في غزة، السيد رائد النمس (عبر الفيديو)، جزء من حركة الهلال والصليب الأحمر الدولية، و الذي يقوم بإنقاذ الأرواح ويقدم الرعاية الصحية الطازئة على الرغم من الهجمات الإسرائيلية على البنية التحتية الطبية والإسعاف، والتي قضت بأرواح  العديد من العاملين والأطباء و المستجيبين الأوائل.  وستدير المناقشة رولا داوود، العاملة مع اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر.

 سيكون لدينا أيضًا عزف على العود للعازف نونو سيلفا، وقراءة الشعر الفلسطيني باللغات البرتغالية والعربية والإنجليزية.

 وسيرافق الحدث وجبات خفيفة من منطقة الشرق الاوسط أعدتها عائلة سورية.

 سيكون الدخول على مبدأ التبرعات وستذهب جميع التبرعات مباشرة إلى جمعية الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني حتى تتمكن من الاستمرار في إنقاذ الأرواح
