Perceptions at LX Factory

Perceptions is a free exhibition coming to Lisbon at LX Factory between 21st-24th of September. 

Join artist Wild Fox for the opening night on the 21st of September 2023, 6-8pm at O Gabinete De Madame Thao, Lx Factory, 1300-501. 

In the production of their latest exhibition, Wild Fox has continued to break the mold by combining captivating composition with a forgotten printing technique from the 19th Century.

The public are part of the exhibition themselves as they are questioned directly; What do you see? What do you feel? By showcasing esoteric and thought-provoking composition, Perceptions aims to dismantle the way we automatically process imagery.

Speaking on the project, Wild Fox said, “I have always been fascinated by perception. The differences, the similarities, and the misunderstandings it can lead to. It is said that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder, I believe this is applicable to truth too. In an increasingly polarised society, it is important as an artist to show beyond beauty, questioning what we consider normality. ”
