The activity takes place in a traditional farmhouse, Monte do Álamo (in Tavira). Our guests will learn how to prepare a delicious 3 courses meal, using the best local products.
Next, participants are invited to share a relaxed dinner having the opportunity to taste the prepared dishes in a beautiful setting.
The recipes used in our classes are part of the rich and healthy mediterranean diet, characteristic from the south of Portugal: Alentejo and Algarve.
