O ARQUITETURAS nasceu em 2013 e é um projeto independente promovido pela DYMA – Do You Mean Architecture, que se dedica à investigação e criação de eventos alicerçados às relações interpessoais, na arquitetura e nas artes audiovisuais. O objetivo do Arquiteturas é e irá continuar a ser, descobrir e apresentar filmes que iniciem discussões reais e válidas do mundo contemporâneo e que ampliem o pensamento critico de quem participa e é espectador.
Este ano, na que é a sua 6ª edição, o Arquiteturas Film Festival irá explorar o que aprendemos com as histórias futuristas, utópicas ou híper realistas que têm vindo a moldar a nossa cultura visual através do cinema.
ARQUITETURAS was born in 2013 and is an independent project promoted by DYMA - Do You Mean Architecture, which is dedicated to research and creation of events based on interpersonal relations, architecture and audiovisual arts.
The aim of ARQUITETURAS is and will continue to be, to discover and showcase films that initiate real and valid discussions from our contemporary world and that amplify the critical thinking of those who participate and are spectators.
This year, in its 6th edition, we are going to explore what we have learned from the futuristic, utopian or hyperrealist stories that have shaped our visual culture through film.
