Se a dança é imagem de movimento, ela é também imagem de qualquer ato criador verdadeiro. Toda a criação autêntica, necessária - a luta pelo reconhecimento do outro, da diversidade, um gesto político, a implementação de uma crença - é uma dança, no sentido em que este ato, esta criação, convoca o corpo na sua totalidade, desperta ritmos internos e arcaicos. A exposição VISCERAL MONUMENTS apresenta-se como uma dança, no sentido em que edifica no espaço monumentos a corpos orgânicos e festivos, incansavelmente, através das suas batidas. Tal como a música, a dança pode ser uma expressão de ordem, de fascínio e reiteração do coletivo. If dance is an image of movement, it is also the image of any true creative act. All authentic creation, necessary - the struggle for recognition of the other, of the diversity, a political gesture, the implementation of a belief - is a dance, in the sense in which this act, this creation, summons the body in its totality, it awakes internal and archaic rhythms. The exhibition Visceral Monuments presents itself as a dance, in the sense that it builds monuments to organic and festive bodies, tirelessly, through its beats. Like music, dance can be an expression of order, fascination and reiteration of the collective.
