Erasmus National Meeting 2018
5 - 8 April 2018 @ Albufeira (Algarve)
More than 1000 international students, from all over the country, get together for the best 4 days of their life, full of craziness, sun and wonderful people!
ESN Porto will be traveling through the night on April 4th to arrive there on time for OUR GRAND TAKEOVER on the morning of the 5th!
What is included?

Price: 150€
Cash Deposit: 25€ - It's a mandatory deposit fee that you'll be able to get back after the event if you don’t cause any damages to your room.

If you come on the first day of sales (19/02):
* Every International student gets a 20€ discount. No limit of people.
* Erasmus students studying at the University of Porto will get 20€ of discount. Discounts are limited to 60 people. To get the discount, just show a document that proves you are in Erasmus Studies programme in the University of Porto. Other programs like "Erasmus Mundus" or “Erasmus Internship” are not covered by these funds.
THESE DISCOUNTS ACCUMULATE, so instead of paying 150€ + 25€ deposit, you can end up paying only 110€ + 25€ deposit.
If you come on the second day of sales (20/02):
* Every International student gets a 10€ discount. No limit of people.
* Erasmus students studying at the University of Porto will get 20€ of discount. Discounts are limited to 60 people. To get the discount, just show a document that proves you are in Erasmus Studies programme in the University of Porto. Other programs like "Erasmus Mundus" or “Erasmus Internship” are not covered by these funds

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (Q/A)
Q: When and where can I register?
A: The registrations will take place in the ESN Porto office. The registration period begins on the 19th of February and ends on 1st of March. Limited to spots available!
Q: My friends can’t come to register…Can I register for them?
A: Each person can register two friends. To register a friend, you should know his/her
ESNcard number, ID/Passport number, T-shirt size (S, M, L, XL), medical conditions/relevant information and food restrictions (Lactose intolerant, gluten free, no pork, vegetarian or other).
Q: How does the payment work?
A: Each person has to pay the full amount(s) - 175€ (150€ fee + 25€ safe deposit). Reservations without paying are not allowed!
Q: Is there any insurance included?
A: Yes, a health insurance to cover any problem you may have is included in the price. Also, you will get a statement of responsibility to sign after the registration period. NO ONE CAN GO WITHOUT SIGNING IT - in case you registered a friend, he/she will need to sign the document before the event.
