De seguida, reunimo-nos todos à volta da mesa para continuar a partilha gastronómica e de histórias. No dia 14 de Dezembro, para a segunda edição do Kitchen Talk, a Katy Deodato, líder de viagens na Landescape, traz-nos os sabores da Indonésia e as aventuras de dois anos a viajar e viver pela Ásia. A Katy tem aquela personalidade leve de quem acredita na vida e a olha de frente com um sorriso rasgado. Talvez por isso se tenha apaixonado por partilhar esses sorrisos pelo mundo, principalmente pela Ásia. Pessoa de muitas aventuras, foi aos 31 anos que começou talvez uma das maiores. A Katy e o marido, o Ricardo, fizeram as malas e partiram para Timor-Leste para fazer voluntariado por três meses, e viajar outros três. No dia em que era suposto voltarem informaram a família e os amigos que iam ficar, por tempo indeterminado. Mudaram-se novamente para Timor, o Ricardo com um trabalho por lá, e a Katy cada vez mais viajante, acabou por se tornar líder de viagens na Landescape, e por continuar as suas aventuras pela Ásia. Agora, ambos de volta a Portugal, chega a oportunidade de partilhar com os amigos todas as histórias, mas também de continuar a partir em viagem. Apaixonada por cozinhar, antes de ir tinha a rubrica “Na Roça com a Lolita” na Preguiça Magazine, onde partilhava receitas, a Katy vai-nos trazer os sabores da Indonésia temperados com histórias do mundo. Maybe because of that she fell in love with sharing smiles around the world, mainly in Asia. A person of a million adventures, at 31 she headed off to Timor with her husband, Ricardo, to stay for three months volunteering and then another three traveling. The day they were supposed to fly back to Portugal, they told their friends and family the adventure would go on for an undetermined period of time, and they moved back to Timor. Ricardo got a job there, and Katy got better and better at traveling and telling her stories. So much that she became a travel leader at Landscape. Now, both back in Portugal is time to share stories with all the friends but never stop traveling. Katy also loves to cook, before leaving Portugal she was sharing recipes at “Na Roça com a Lolita” on Preguiça Magazine, and now she is coming to Use to bring us the Indonesian flavors with a special taste of adventures.
