Bring your apron with you
We're going to create a fun plant-based healthy eating oriented cooking workshop for a group of 8-10 people. Workshop will include cooking together a beautiful vegan menu with appetizer, main course and dessert. We will be sharing tips and trick of vegan cooking and then practice everything by cooking together and of course we will enjoy our three course dinner :)
Cooking workshop will include a three-course menu that will be prepared by the participants and the help of organisers.
Appetizer:
Healthy vegan spread/pate ( with veggie sticks
Main: Chickpea-Black Bean Burger Pattie with Sweet Potato Chips, fresh garden salad and guacamole (If we find nice avocados)
Dessert: Banana bread with chocolate chips and home made Coconut Cream Caramel Sauce
The bar will be open for any drinks and coctails You wish to purchase. Workshop will cost 20€
