O NOS Primavera Sound deu a conhecer o cartaz da sexta edição através de um formato digital inédito e carismático para a sua comunidade de fãs. No Facebook foi lançado um vídeo que, baseado numa personagem que encontra uma garrafa na praia com uma mensagem, foi dando pistas que se cruzaram com vários locais e edifícios emblemáticos da cidade do Porto registados no telemóvel. Estas pistas foram sendo desvendadas, em paralelo noutra rede social, o Instagram. Através de Instagram Stories, foram sendo revelados os nomes de todos os artistas que vão passar pelo Parque da Cidade, no Porto, de 8 a 10 de Junho. Hoje o cartaz da sexta edição do festival é revelado de forma integral e completa e é encabeçado por Bon Iver, que vem apresentar os temas do seu último trabalho “22, a Million”, pelo mago britânico da electrónica menos resignada, Aphex Twin, e pelo duo francês Justice, a estrear o recente “Woman” em Portugal. O line-up do NOS Primavera Sound 2017 inclui também nomes sonantes da atualidade: o duo Run The Jewels, coroados como um dos projetos mais excitantes do momento, a electrónica do chileno Nicolas Jaar, o som distintamente britânico de Skepta, o r&b americano de Miguel, o pop electrónico de Metronomy, a sonoridade vanguardista de Flying Lotus e a estrela da música de dança mais inovadora Richie Hawtin. A lista de nomes rutilantes não acaba aqui e pelo Porto vão também passar o soul de Sampha, o soul-rock de The Make-Up, de regresso aos palcos, o folk pop da americana Angel Olsen, a primeira dama da música brasileira Elza Soares, os escoceses Teenage Fanclub, à boleia do seu último álbum, a electrónica com o toque pop de Tycho, a aventura a solo de Hamilton Leithauser (ex The Walkmen), o rock clássico de Whitney ou o regresso do indie rock de Grandaddy. O festival apresenta-se uma vez mais como um espaço de diversidade com vários alicerces musicais que incluem sonoridades menos habituais. Do extremismo de Death Grips ao soul de Lady Wray, do punk rap britânico do duo Sleaford Mods ao country de Nikki Lane, do indie pop de Jeremy Jay ou Cigarettes After Sex à electrónica de Bicep ou Mano Le Tough, do folk de Mitski, Julien Baker ou Weyes Blood ao pop de Operators e Núria Graham. As guitarras também terão o seu espaço no Parque da Cidade. O duo Japandroids, com os seus novos temas, os californianos The Growlers, a viver o seu melhor momento, a música psicadélica australiana pela mão de dois dos seus representantes mais importantes: King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard e Pond, o apocalipse que trazem os Swans, os maestros do psych, The Black Angels, o retorno dos lendários Royal Trux, os embaixadores do pós-hardcore Shellac, o punk de Against Me! e nomes prometedores como Wand e Cymbals Eat Guitars que defendem o lado mais rock do cartaz. As propostas nacionais são encabeçadas pela união de dois nomes de peso: Rodrigo Leão (Madredeus) com o australiano Scott Matthew, que chegam para apresentar o seu disco em conjunto. Juntam-se a eles o rock inchado de fuzz de Evols, o pós-rock de First Breath After Coma e a música de raízes lusitanas de Samuel Úria. ///// EN The Portuguese festival released the line-up of its sixth edition through an unprecedented and charismatic digital format for its fan community A video was released on Facebook which, based on a character who finds a bottle on the beach with a message, gave clues which crossed with several emblematic places and buildings in the city of Porto, recorded on the mobile phone. These clues were solved, in parallel with another social network, Instagram. Through Instagram Stories, the names of all the artists who will come to the Parque da Cidade between 8 and 10 June, were revealed. Today the line-up for NOS Primavera Sound's sixth edition is integrally and completely revealed and is headlined by Bon Iver, who will showcase the tracks for his latest work, “22, A Million”, by the British rogue electronica wizard Aphex Twin, and by French duo Justice, premiering the recent “Woman” in Portugal. The line-up for NOS Primavera Sound 2017 also includes famous names of current music: the duo Run The Jewels, crowned as one of the most exciting projects today, the electronica of Chilean Nicolas Jaar, the distinctly British sound of Skepta, the North American r&b of Miguel, the electronic pop of Metronomy, the avant-garde sound of Flying Lotus and the star of the most innovative dance music, Richie Hawtin.
