A Galeria MOVART tem o prazer de o/a convidar para a inauguração de CUM LAUDE, exposição da artista Rita GT, com curadoria de Ana Cristina Cachola. A exposição, que inaugura no dia 18 de Novembro às 18 horas, estará patente até ao dia 18 de Janeiro de 2022, no espaço da MOVART em Lisboa. “A obra de Rita GT é sempre política. Mesmo quando recorre a tonalidades e formas térreas que se confundem com a natureza, é uma gramática política que as organiza e permeia. CUM LAUDE é resistência como prática, metodologia e vontade. Em CUM LAUDE, cada acção é e foi (im)prevista, pois é guiada, simultaneamente, por ímpeto criativo e consciência ético-estética, a que Rita GT não consegue escapar. No impulso do gesto artístico prevalece uma consciência política de desiderato feminista. CUM LAUDE é o resultado desta acção. In CUM LAUDE, each action is and was (un)foreseen, as it is simultaneously guided by creative impetus and ethical-aesthetic awareness, which Rita GT cannot escape.
